Send a clear photo
One good shot of your pet — well lit, face visible — is all our illustrator needs to start. Multiple pets or multiple angles are no trouble.
We draw the portrait
An original illustration, hand-drawn in the house style. Not a filter, not a photo print — a portrait with the same character as our collection artwork.
You approve the proof
We send the artwork back before it goes near the print bed. Ask for changes, or sign off — nothing prints until you're happy.
Printed & posted
Printed on genuine cellulose cloth and posted to you or straight to the recipient, gift-ready.

A pet portrait goes through the same process as every design we sell — same cloth, same ink, same print bed. Nothing about being personal makes it lesser.
- Water-based pigment. Colour is driven into the fibre, not sitting on top of it — a portrait that won't crack, peel or fade the way a cheap transfer print does.
- Genuine cellulose cloth. The same pressed cellulose-and-cotton cloth as our full retail range — dries stiff, wipes streak-free, holds many times its own weight in water.
- Built to be used hard. Dishwasher top-rack, washing machine, or a two-minute boil to sanitise. The portrait keeps its edges through all of it.
- Compostable at the end. When it's finally worn through, cut it up and compost it at home — no plastic, nothing left behind.
